Hello!

I’m Sef Bursch, a Bay Area-based a 2D/3D animator and concept artist currently living in San Francisco.

I thrive on contributing to other artists’ projects, helping bring their creative visions to life through collaboration and shared passion, and using my skills as a character designer and character animator. Working closely with animation production teams, I enjoy the challenge of transforming bare-bone concepts into fully fleshed-out characters and animation. I also enjoying making one-off animated shorts, working in different styles and tones.

When I’m not immersed in my latest animation project, you’ll likely find me sketching out random concepts and creatures in Photoshop, drumming with my band somewhere in San Francisco, or hanging out with fellow animator friends and ignoring how AI is slowly taking all our jobs (SkyNet is real).
